From being the first to offer full-round chink style log walls with varying diameters of logs, to our one of a kind roof framing system, EDGEWOOD has become an industry leader.

Our reputation is one built on a high degree of personal service and consistent quality in log handcrafting and manufacturing. From intricate log trusses and handcrafted log roof systems, to the state of the art in machined log packages, Edgewood Fine Log Structures, Ltd., has built a reputation of quality and integrity. We have flourished for 15 years on our reputation and good name, never feeling the need for a flashy brochure. Our homes and long lists of client references speak for themselves. That reputation recently won EDGEWOOD the contract as the sole log supplier for an 1,100 acre trout fishing/horseback riding development just minutes from the world class Steamboat Springs ski area in Colorado.
Cost figures for our log homes vary depending upon the complexity of the plan and types of finished desired. Log package prices average from $25.00 to $45.00 per square foot. Our weather-tight shell package (including the log package) averages $45.00 to $75.00 per square foot. The range in pricing relates mainly to the amount of handcrafting and custom work, diameter of log, type of windows and doors desired and size/complexity of the floor plan. The price for a weather-tight shell package delivered and constructed averages $65.00 to $95.00 per square foot.
