Celebrating more than 26 years in business, Oregon Log Home Company has established itself as a handcrafter of the highest quality. Our staff is comprised of some of the most talented and experienced people in the industry. In 1991 we were presented the "Best in American Living" award by the National Association of Home Builders. In the long history of log construction, we are the first and only log home company to win this prestigious award. In 1992 we were chosen to be the primary log contractor on Disney’s Fort Wilderness Lodge in Orlando, Florida.
Our offices and manufacturing sites are located on the east side of the Cascade mountains where the dry sunny climate allows us to build year round. Our main office located near Sisters, Oregon and open Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm and Saturday 10:30am to 3:30pm. This office is a model of our work. Adjacent to the office is our assembly yard where you can view the logsmiths at work.
At our Sisters site we build hand-crafted log homes. Here, skilled craftsperson’s fit the logs together by hand and pre-assemble the structure. Every log component is then tagged and photographed, prior to disassembly and loading on trucks, making re-assembly on your site simple and efficient. Oregon Log Home Company offers the most complete package of pre-assembled log work in the log home industry. To ensure the homes are finished with the high quality standards intended, a comprehensive construction manual is included and on-site technical assistance is available.
Building log homes over the past 26 years has taught us to custom design a "package" of services and materials for you. Because every home site, home configuration, style (and other considerations) are unique, this package varies from home to home. We always try to provide "extras" that are in your best interest.
