Handcrafted, Hand-hewn Quality: At Caribou Creek Log Homes, we build handcrafted log structures using a variety of wall construction methods. We build with natural full round logs using a shrink-to-fit corner notch. We also build with logs that are sawn flat on two or four sides and utilize a dovetail corner notch. We recommend either the Chinking or the Scandinavian Full Scribe styles for stacking and sealing these walls. We also offer Timber Frame and Post and beam methods.
