The customer receives the following benefits from our Packages: We make 6", 8" or 10" diameter dry, Alaskan Spruce, pre-cut, swedish cope, round milled logs, with saddle notch or post & butt style corners. We also make "Superior Logs" siding.
"Superior Logs" are predrilled for 1/2" all thread bolts, 4' O.C. or less extending from the floor through the roof. Gaskets go between the logs.
We provide quality weathered-in shell Packages & complete building materials Packages including floor coverings, cabinets, appliances, lighting & plumbing etc.
We also offer real estate services & turnkey construction, architectural services & construction management.
