The logs are cut from dead standing Lodgepole pine and Englemann spruce, harvested from high altitudes in the Rocky Mountains. Our logs are very stable and dry (10 to 15% moisture content). Our tight-fitting construction method is simple, sturdy and energy efficient. The products we use to seal the homes have been developed specifically for log structures, and have proved durable and easy to apply.
