The Technical Division provides ongoing system support with fully detailed manuals, material lists and computerised bills of quantities. Preliminary building services and computer aided drafting is supplied by Aussie Houses Plan Services.
Aussie Houses licences approved manufacturers that exclusively produce the Aussie Houses Modular Building Systems. Each manufacturing base is carefully chosen and custom commissioned to produce, manufacture, package and supply under a strict regime of pre-schedulled, pre-determined and pre-manufactured building packages ready for delivery to site or containerised for despatch to the shipping port. It is a requirement of the Aussie Houses Team that each manufacturing base licenced to produce our homes is financially secure, and owner or family operated to ensure the high quality control standards of Aussie Houses Modular Building systems are maintained.
